RA Engineering designed and commissioned a highly flexible synchronization solution for Lucky Textile Mills Unit-04, enabling seamless operation across gas gensets, future HFO turbine, and K-Electric grid.

- 1 × CAT gas (1.2 MW)
- 4 × Jenbacher gas (2.5 MW + 850 kW + 2 × 3 MW)
- Future: 1 × 5 MW HFO turbine + 1 × 3 MW Jenbacher
- K-Electric: 4.9 MW
Key Features Delivered
- Full ComAp synchronization (genset-to-genset, mains, BTB, and future turbine modules)
- Soft change-over (MGCB) and bus-coupler logic for 400 V & 11 kV buses
- Five operating modes: 100% gas | 100% K.E | 100% turbine | partial gas + K.E | partial gas + turbine
- Centralized SCADA bench with touch-screen IPC in existing control room
- Complete single-line & control drawings, all inter-panel control cabling
Outcome Zero-blackout source switching, future-ready design for additional 8 MW capacity, and single-point monitoring of entire power plant.
